APPROACH & TARGET GROUP
In individual and group supervisions – offered in both German and English – we focus not only on your skills but also on the development of your most important coaching tool: your authentic self. My supervision services are designed for external and internal coaches as well as leaders who incorporate coaching skills into their daily work.
Supervision is recommended by German coaching associations and is also gaining increasing importance internationally. For (re-)certification, the ICF recognizes 10 hours of supervision as relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The EMCC recommends at least 4 hours of supervision annually.

Coaching Supervision – mastering a Coach’s journey
Becoming a coach – really? Starting out is never easy. Where do I begin, and how do I strengthen both my personality and my business along the way, in a complex and competitive market? Clear mandate, clear path? How do I continuously clarify the mandate with my clients and sponsors—comprehensively and deeply? Transforming resonance into impactful interventions –How do I, as a coach, turn my personal resonances into effective interventions to respectfully yet boldly shed light on blind spots for my clients? Are you making an intervention, or are you one – How do I balance deliberate intervention (design) with allowing space for unplanned, spontaneous developments (emergence)? Happy Coach – The role of a coach isn’t just a calling; it’s also a continuous challenge. How do I personally deal with solitude, competition, and uncertainty? How can these experiences contribute to my personal growth and the development of my business?
