Supervision for external/internal coaches and coaching managers

We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are (Anaïs Nin)

COACHING – THE DANCE BETWEEN DESIGN & EMERGENCE

In coaching, it is common to encounter situations where you feel stuck and the coaching efforts seem ineffective. This can be due to personal triggers and blind spots, technical nuances or ethical dilemmas. While we are passionate about the role of a coach, it presents challenges: we must continuously learn to be effective, while also taking care of ourselves to maintain a powerful presence for our clients.

COACHING SUPERVISION – EVERYTHING FROM THE COACHING WORLD

Coaching Supervision offers a highly individual, holistic approach to improving your coaching work. And that, in turn, directly improves the growth and results of your clients. Improve your coaching practice with these topics and mature personally:

  • Case Study – how do I use my coaching cases for self-reflection, personal growth and at the same time for the growth of my clients?
  • Coaching Skills – how do I optimize coaching interventions, develop my individual coaching style and my professional best practice?
  • Coaching Ethicshow do I navigate ethical questions and dilemmas with integrity and self-confidence, including in relationships with sponsors or in role conflicts?
  • Performance & Self Care – how do I balance business development, effectiveness and self-care to nurture presence & flow?
  • Visual Facilitation – how do I enrich my coaching sessions with visual thinking?
  • ICF Mentor Coaching – we use your coaching recordings to reflect on the ICF core competencies and prepare your ICF (re-)certification (ACC, PCC).

SETTING FOR 1:1 AND GROUP SUPERVISION

In our supervision, I create a safe space in which you can develop your best coaching capacity. ‍We focus on improving your skills and on your most important coaching tool – your authentic self. We work in 1:1 settings or in group supervision (3-5 coaches with a fixed group composition, live or digitally, in German or English). Supervisions can be effortlessly carried out online, so it doesn’t matter which part of the world you are living.

My supervision offer is focused on external and internal coaches as well as coaching managers. Coaching supervision is becoming increasingly important. As part of the (re)certification, the ICF recognizes 10 hours of supervision as relevant for further training (CPD).

MY OWN COACHING BACKGROUND

Since 2010, I have been receiving continuous support in my coaching practice through 1:1 and group supervision. This experience has shown me how invaluable supervision is for any coach committed to both professional and personal development. My passion is helping coaches become the best version of themselves, as the world needs our empathetic power in the present moment.

I am an ICF-certified coach (PCC), team and career coach and am currently completing certification as an EMCC supervisor (Kirsten Dierolf, Solution Academy). These days, I have accumulated at least 3,800 coaching hours. My coaching journey started as an psychological coach with an integrative approach (Klaus Eidenschink, DBVC-certified, 2007-2010). Further training includes mediation, training, team and organizational development, hypnosis and NLP Master, as well as body-oriented coaching (SEI).

The dance between design and emergence

Are you an intervention or are you making one? The quote from my own supervisor Wolfgang Loos captures the essence of beeing in a coaching role: finding your authentic balance between consciously intervening (design, powerful questioning & partnering) and trusting in unplannable, spontaneous developments (emergence). If this is like a dance between coachee and coach, Supervision is like standing on a balcony watching the client’s and yourself’s dance.
