COACHING – THE DANCE BETWEEN DESIGN & EMERGENCE 

In a coaching session it often happens that you go around in circles and the coaching work has little effect. The reasons can include your own trigger points & blind spots, technical subtleties or ethical dilemmas. As much as we love the job of a coach, it brings with it its areas of tension: we must continually learn in order to act successfully and at the same time we must take good care of ourselves in order to meet clients in our powerful presence.

SUPERVISION – EVERYTHING FROM THE WORLD OF COACHES

Coaching Supervision offers a highly individual, holistic approach to improving your coaching work. And that, in turn, directly improves the growth and results of your clients. With these topics you can continuously improve your practice and mature as a person:

  • Visual Facilitation – how do I enrich my coaching sessions with visual thinking?
  • ICF Mentor Coaching – we use your coaching recordings to reflect on the ICF core competencies and prepare your ICF (re-)certification (ACC, PCC).

PROCEDURE & TARGET GROUP

In our supervision, I create a safe environment in which you can find yourself and develop your authentic coaching potential. ‍We focus on improving your skills and on your most important coaching tool – your authentic self. We work in a 1:1 setting or in group supervision (3-4 coaches with a fixed group composition), live or digitally, in German or English. Supervisions can be conveniently carried out online, so it doesn’t matter which part of the world you are in.

My supervision offer is aimed at external and internal coaches as well as coaching managers. Coaching supervision is also becoming increasingly important internationally. As part of the (re)certification, the ICF recognizes 10 hours of supervision as relevant for further training (CPD).

MY COACHING BACKGROUND

Since 2010, I have been receiving continuous support in my own coaching practice in 1:1 and group supervision. Based on this experience, I know how helpful supervision is for every coach who is serious about the combination of professional and personal development. My passion: supporting coaches to become their best version. Because the world needs our empathic power in the present space.

I am an ICF-certified coach (PCC), team and career developer and am currently completing certification as an EMCC supervisor (Kirsten Dierolf, Solution Academy), as well as a psychological coach with an integrative approach and at least 3500 coaching hours (Hephaistos, DBVC-certified, 2007-2010). Further training includes mediator, trainer, team and organizational developer, hypnosis and NLP master as well as body-oriented coaching SEI.
