Visual Facilitation für Veränderungsprozesse

Film off for images that inspire and last a long time …

HEAD CINEMA FOR BIG(S)

Visual facilitation is an amazingly simple method for quickly “boiling down” information to the essentials in an increasingly complex world, filling it with life and immersing yourself in creative big-picture thinking. This is because the visual translation into symbols, images, metaphors and stories links conscious and unconscious thinking and thus brings to light associative thinking, intuition, creativity, empathy and foresight.

DIALOG ROOM “UNPLUGGED”– HOW CAN I IMAGINE THAT?

A coaching session, a workshop, a meeting. An illustration of words, images, colors, symbols, metaphors, figures, quotes is created live before your eyes. You will EXPERIENCE how the essentials become tangible, contexts come alive and contributions are “ennobled”. In this BIG PICTURE, you can easily jump back and forth between individual topics and levels, zoom out or zoom in on specific details – what have we understood? What do we experience in the same way, what differently?

WORKFLOW IN THE BRAIN

This big picture quickly builds bridges to a common language and intuitive solutions. And the visual anchors ensure a long retention period in the brain, heart and organization.
The appeal of this method lies beyond
  • in the enormous flexibility of possible applications
  • the inspiring and “evaporating” effect of the images
  • and the light-footed, playful connection for head, heart and hand.

ON THE VISUAL MENU ARE:

  • Visual thinking for creative processes such as design thinking & agile methods
  • Visual templates, business comics & concept and process maps as studio work
  • Visual storytelling for the implementation of coaching, supervision, team coaching, transformation & strategy processes

It’s all in the mix – my background. Thanks to my extensive experience in the development of managers, teams and people, my own thinking has developed into a “melting pot” of analytical foresight, intuitive accuracy and inspiring improvisational talent. This means I can conjure up visual designs, concepts and exercises from my wealth of experience at any time, coach, moderate and inspire with a pen. In my workbook you will find some selected examples from the last few years.
